If banned on steam [Couldn't Find Off Topic Section]

FIRST OFF, I'M NOT SAYING IM GOING TO DO THIS, I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT WOULD HAPPEN.

 

So I just downloaded GTA On my PC, I've had xbox version for around a year.

 

Everyone knows that on steam if a game is on a certain computer, and the game is not under your account you can ask the owner of that game if you can play that game, since it is on that computer...

 

So my question is: If I had an account, and for say got banned, would it ban the IP adress, or the whole computer from the game, like both accounts, or just one account?

The ban is applied to RSSC, so you couldn't play either way, even on console unless you signed in as a different user.

Different ball game. You could keep playing, but I wouldn't know if you could use your character on the second SC. It could work, but I have never tested it.
