Scripts not working. Help!

I have everything supposedly needed to have script mods working but none do. I have dinput8.dll, scripthookvdotnet, and scripthook, all up to date. No mods added to the Script folder work at all. I have a drop dead pedestrian mod, a no clip mod, and a stand on moving vehicle mod. Now I used these types of mods before with no issues. I was aware from GTA 5 for about a year. Does anyone have any idea why this is so?
