PilotZER0
I bought a brand new xbox one controller to play gta5, But, if i load up gta5 for the first 30 seconds it will work. But if i get in a car, it presses buttons on its own (holding down acceleration button and stuff) I use this for my usb, if that's the problem: http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0762/1493/products/XBO_Power_Kit_Plus_3_1024x1024.png?v=1453837481 Can someone please tell me how to fix!? Edit: When I plug in my controller it recognizes it, no problem. But when i go in game, for a couple seconds it will work, then go haywire. If i back out and look at the controller management settings it shows there's not even a controller plugged in (I use windows 10 as well) Edited June 25, 2016 by FIR3F1GHT

Ai®a©ob®a
make sure it's not plugged into a 3.0 usb port.. It's not, any usb port i plug into it wont work I play with XB1 controller and have no issues at all, Once you're in game bring up the start menu and go to settings and then go to gameplay and then start pressing buttons on your controller it should then reconize the keys. If that doesn't work i'd suggest buying XB1 Controller Adapter i have it and haven't had any issues with the controller since
Soulshroude
Download "MotionInJoy" and use those drivers for the XBOX. The name of the software is BetterDS3. This works for both PS3 and XBOX controllers. I use it with my own PS3. Generic Controllers may not work properly.
