I want to raid warehouses for some money too

Why is it only NPC's are able to raid, but not players.

I want me and of my poor friends that have lousy connections to get what we want out of your warehouses. I mean come on, all that valuable sh*t locked away then to be sold later for a risk of others that have to destroy it for (two grand, right?).

This is where I see an opening...

A free mode event for the peasants of Ls to gain from the wealthy

What occurs is, there will be a notification of a random 50% full Warehouse belonging to a CEO ripe for the taking. What our poverty stricken hopefuls have to do is, make a visit that specific warehouse, kill the Securo serve staff that guards that perimeters of the building, after fight of 2 or 3 waves of backup are done. Then break in.

They have to make sure that bring a Mule or two then one has to hack and break in to open the front roller door that leads out to the loading bay outside. This where everyone needy has to pitch in.

Grab what you can

Load it into the Mule

Drive out of town to the exact people that the CEO stole from that are waiting in Palito Bay with money

Teamwork is essential, if you want to get that cargo back to the original owners for a lot of money, because the new owner (Mr/Mrs CEO) will be looking for blood, knowing they might own some serious toys to do that too

The prices for the poor is $80.000 each upon delivery and $64.000 for the CEO's Subordinates that might stop them. $200.000 for securo serve insurance payout for damages to the CEO...

However. Rules are

The CEO has to have at least 2 - 3 subordinates.

The Chances of it occurring in a session that has at least 10 players is minimal, the more players in a session. The more players the bigger the chances

The Mules the Riders drive are indestructible to projectiles, but open to gunfire.

They (both Raiders and CEO's) can only use the given Mules to transport goods

30 minute deadline for the Raiders to ship off the stolen goods.

I feel like there is enough risk already being a CEO and having to move your stuff around in a public lobby. This would just make their work even harder and not worth the risk.

Intriguing....

But it could easily be used as a money-transfer method.

Why buy a Shark Card where R* makes the money when you could spend a few bucks in Bitcoin to some gaming-sweatshop in China to get $2,220,000 from an arranged no-resistance raid on warehouse.

Yeah, there should be more of a cooldown system than having it just initiate at 10 player per session out of chance...

I'm still on LG so overall i'm not well informed on how all this CEO stuff actually works. but reading this makes it sound as if it's going to become clash of clans.

You come online, raided. put time and effort into building it up again, next time you go offline you get raided again. and it becomes the circle of life

It doesn't work on the same CEO all the time, the game will keep record of your attacks, hence securo serve can't pay you out all the time for their carelessness...

It might work if the game wasn't loaded with military hardware and heavy ordnance. I could see every warehouse exterior quickly becoming a tedious Hydra and RPG camp-fest.

I actually like the idea, but it sounds better as a concept than how it'd probably play out in reality.

Gantons Most Wanted

If they're going to go that route then they should let us compete in private lobbies I'll be there are Crews who would have big 16 vs 16 players against each organisation with a league. It would just add to the already chaotic lobbies at present look at this new creator glitch which is being used to stop CEO's dropping packages off or from being able to accquire their objectives.

That sounds like a massive Capture job... with Pegasus and cops ... and hookers (but lacking blackjack)

My only real disappointment with this update is the lack PvP warehouse raids. I totally believed that was one of the things we were getting. Although to be fair, it would need to be SUPER balanced and fine tuned so as not to f*ck everything up, so maybe it's for the best that R* weren't that ambitious.

It could work if it was a freemode event limited to poor players (by GTA standards). IE under (for example) $1,00,000 in the bank and you can't call in Pegasus / Merryweather during the event.

Shook up?

Nah just a stupid idea for players who can't deal with the system the way it is and want easy money with no risk.

The absurdity of your proposed payouts make this blatantly obvious.

Basically you want some other player to collect all the crates for you, spending from 333k-666k not to mention their time, take on all the risk associated with stocking up their warehouse, and really not make a very good potential payday on the sale considering the time investment.....just so you can steal it for yourself? Stupid idea.

Filling a large warehouse with triple crate purchases nets 14k per crate profit. If you want to steal them, they should payout a fraction of that, otherwise there is zero motivation to purchase them in the first place.

How would you determine how many crates you "get away with" once you waltz into the WH? And dont even act like NPC guards are going to stop anybody....1 buzzard and 30 seconds is all you need to wipe out an npc "security squad"....another obvious sign you want easy cash rather than challenging content.....basically you are in the WH and then what? spam X to collect crates? LMAO

IMHO to play your little game and make this a good feature, a thief should be able to steal one crate at a time if they are on foot, motorcycle, super/sports/coupe/sedan/offroad vehicle, two crates if they are in a van/SUV, and 5 crates if they have a mule.....no thefts via helicopter. The payout should be half, so 7k per crate.

That would be legit, the purpose of the system would be for challenging gameplay both for the thief and the CEO, with balanced payout that doesn't take away the motivation to "legitimate CEO business" not the nonsense you propose, which is a crutch for players who cannot or are too lazy/inept to succeed by overcoming current meager game challenges. There is a reason why intercepting & destroying crate purchases pays so little.

I'm starting to think that there is an issue where the first CEO in a lobby that gets to their computer is the one that can get the item.

I'm 1 for 2 in lobbies with other CEOs and 3 for 3 where I'm the only CEO

I got the special crate the first time it came up on the 1st or 2nd day of the update.

Since then, I got the call from my assistant twice in the same session, and when I returned to the office...nothing.

2.There is a Securo Serve payout if you get your stock back

3. You can't use anything but the mules to move the stock to a destination that is in Pelito bay

4. 1 create at a time

LMAO

IMHO to play your little game and make this a good feature. A thief should be able to steal one crate at a time if they are on foot, motorcycle, super/sports/coupe/sedan/offroad vehicle, two crates if they are in a van/SUV, and 5 crates if they have a mule.....no thefts via helicopter.

1.This was for people who can't connect Easily to make money in This game

2.There is a Securo Serve payout if you get your stock back

3. You can't use anything but the mules to move the stock to a destination that is in Pelito bay

4. 1 create at a time

5. It doesn't happen very often...

Still...no thanks.

I got the special crate the first time it came up on the 1st or 2nd day of the update.

Since then, I got the call from my assistant twice in the same session, and when I returned to the office...nothing.

Me: Assistant, I wish you the best in your future endeavors...You're fired.

Maybe, maybe not. Treat it like missions where you are limited to 1 life. You die and your attempt to steal is over, no cash for you. Have the securoserve NPC's respond like a gang attack. If X level player is raiding the warehouse then they respond with Y level of force. Throw in a Buzzard or two and it could be difficult enough.

It might work if the game wasn't loaded with military hardware and heavy ordnance. I could see every warehouse exterior quickly becoming a tedious Hydra and RPG camp-fest.

I actually like the idea, but it sounds better as a concept than how it'd probably play out in reality.

This is the sad truth. How awesome would it be if they added forklifts too to load crates into your Mule or Brickade.

Maybe instance it inside the warehouse, with the garage door open and you load into the vehicle with the forklift. Only players who entered the warehouse could kill and stop you once you hack in.

NO. Its not fair

You poor has no risk at all. The mugger charge you 1000 with or without success. Now you want pay zero with 100% success.

funny thing is that there was a time where lamar would refund the money if the mugged player didnt have any money.

it would also steal a max of 2000, 1000 would get deposited to you and you could get the other 1000 if you killed the mugger.

the mugger also was more effective.

good old times
