What Do You Do While GTAV/O is Loading?

Simple.

Watch youtube and read the forum.

Bc it takes 10 minutes to load into online after game load up.

But when it is loaded and i go back to sp and then online again, it loads in like 1 minute.

I don't know why the first load up per session takes this long.

I normally load into story mode first. Usually while I'm in the shower. When I get out I load online and get dressed, make a cup of tea and put everything in a reachable position.

I usually browse the forum, twitter, open up spotify and go for a slash. loading into SP doesn't take long at all, as for gtao loading times, it depends. sometimes it loads in decent time, other times I restart the game cos it decides to test my patience.

Depends...if home alone and day I make myself a Nespresso...usually Kazaar pod as a cortado.

And maybe stick frozen croissants in oven to bake off.

 

If wife home I make us a drink each...her fresh mint (Moroccan Israelis lol) and me a normal nespresso coffee due to less time...maybe I make a little bed for our cat to sleep on with her fave blanket lol

I call BS. But seriously if there are ways to speed up the loading process, it'd be good if someone can make a guide of things that can be tweaked. GTAO takes significantly longer than sp for me but I've got a good fibre connection. Sometimes it still takes over a minute. On topic enough time for a p155 and get another drink.

I'd usually just browsed online for new parts for my car.

However since bumping to the Scorpio, I'm in GTA:O in like 2 minutes.

It takes less than a minute to load into singleplayer not really worth it to stand up or do anything. Then if im in the SP mode i check who is online and join them what usally takes less than 30 seconds. Well if i don`t get stuck in the clouds or whatever.

 

I really wonder how long it takes with a normal harddrive not using a SSD. My Samsung 840 EVO 1TB SSD is already a bit outdated but still fast enough.

 

Is there a way to skip the splashscreens on pc so it loads even faster?

Buy SSD (PC users). It speeds up things a lot. It doesn't take "3 seconds" to load though (I mean, the logo and trademarks last longer than that ). Also, if you loaded the game at least once since you started the system, the next launch will go faster.

The connection time depends not just on you (and your connection speed), but on the other players in the session. Switching the crew can help to enter the session faster.
