GTA V - Digital version installing keeps "looping"

I downloaded digital version installer from here http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/activate

 

First i needed to download 64 GB of files then 54 GB, 33 GB, 26 GB, 17 GB and now ATM im downloading 12.75 GB of files.... :lol:

 

Size of the GTA V folder is still 65,2 GB.

 

Why???
