See the trick is that you gotta run this like am actual buisness. Cut cost. Buy the cheapest warehouses and grind them into profit before you expand. Do you really need the maze bank office ego aside? Dont spend cash on vip vehicles, use the free ones that spawn or buy the actual vehicle. You will save on cash down the line. Save up before you make a big purchase. Do what you wish with your money but i broke even in 3 days. Now im sitting on profit

 

Exactly how I'm doing it, I need about 5 mil till I've payed off the Office and warehouse, so big purchases are saved until thats cleared.

 

Then I got my eyes on the FMJ

I'm slowly gaining back my 'wealth' (before update I had 19million and after ZERO, ehhe (Maze bank, most expensive large warehouse, Briquade, FMJ fully tuned, Reaper fully tuned, Fully tuned rumpo)... , But Currently I'm already back at 4.6 million positive... The difference is the purchase of that awesome X80 in the meantime (fullly tuned again ofcourse)... By sunday I'll be back to 8 million positive... Then probably a new car will cut me back, but that's ok... I like my car stock and new stuff... Gonna clean up my garage soon and get rid of cars I don't use, so I'll regain a few dollars there too...

I had 20mill before this update and went all the way down to 1 million(I had nothing left to buy)...I am back up to 5.5 million. Going sell those sh*tty low riders and hopefully gain more money back.

I've got my money back from the initial investment of office and warehouse (both bargain basement). I'm done with the novelty though, no more crates for me.

 

I'm glad I gave it a go though, the office with accommodation is the best apartment money can buy. I don't even own a high-end apartment anymore, just garages and Las Lagunas (obviously) .Buzzard on the roof, whatever vehicle I want at the door, free snacks without having to go to the store, love it.

 

Just bought the X80 though, so skint.

OT: For me, as a lone wolf player, the ability of being a VIP all the time you want, is perfect for money grinding.

My main character is at a little over 11 million.
My secondary character is at a little over 3 million.
I prefer crate hunting over heists, I tend to throw in a random VIP job while waiting for the cooldown so everything is all profit.

Is there any benefit in holding that much stock? Does it gain in value?

 

You could get raided, or one or two of your deliveries could go wrong. Why risk so much?

There is literally no point in leaving a warehouse full once it is full.

The resale price doesn't go up if you fill a second warehouse or third, or fourth, much less fifth. You are just sitting on money. He should have upgraded two of those smaller warehouses to at least one or two larges depending on how much cash he has.

Yep the CEO missions really get you spending a lot of money. As you're always in an open lobby you have your property's utilities fees, assistant and mechanic fees, You're constanlty using ammo, sometimes I leave my office via a buzzard or savage and waste $3-4k. Some Kururma moron comes after your crate - $9k for blowing him and his car away and on top of all this you have to pay for the privilege to have your crates stolen, take by cops or lost at sea for you to go find and store in your warehouse.

I'm currently filling 4 warehouses (1 large, 1 medium, 2 small). I'm not banking my money as I wanna see how much I'll earn playing the game while casually filling my warehouses.

I'm up about $2 million so far. My real life commitments (kids!) don't let me really grind heists anymore. If I'm lucky, I can find time in the evening to do a PacStandard plus one or two setups. In contrast, I can casually knock out a crate pickup quiet often throughout the evening, without commitment really then sell it during those down times where I really can focus on the game.

 

Plus, I've run heists so much in the last year that I find them boring at best and obnoxious at work.

Little over 10 million in profit. Lost 1 million in crates to that pesky Titan mission. Armor for the Titan is a wate of money. You can not solo operate the counter measures. Deduct also 25% for the buy in.

 

Luckily you can switch sessions until you get dropped in an empty one. My first ever delivery of one crate was a total disaster. Got the mission were you get a camper van and a wanted level. First I got chased by a jet griefer and shot up to pieces by the police. I managed to outrun both in a slow as hell van, but got killed by a guy in a Kuruma.

 

This dlc set me back 21 million. But that is including super cars. The maze bank tower office is a pain in the ass. If you leave you find yourself on the ground level, while your pv is on the overpass. Or vice versa. When I leave, I have to ask the assistant for my pv. Then you respawn on the same level.

 

But I am having fun, because you do not need three other dummies to do heists. I was bored with missions and heists.

My CEO stats as of today. Will probably be the last time I bother fill these warehouses. I'm also trying to fill the medium one with the special blue crates only, at this rate will probably take a year to fill.

Around 10mil so halfway there the freeroam warrior has escaped out the cage again with new found hydra skills but when i get ''player left'' i do a few crates bit by bit il make my other 10mil back i have a 100mil so i doubt il ever go skint tbh
