hi guys my character appearance changed for no reason !! i contact the support

You're paying the price for everyone who submitted tickets every time they wanted to change something, and then told everyone else to do the same.

 

Sorry.

 

Try replying saying it is a technical issue, and provide PROOF the appearance changed. If they still say no then you're down to glitches or living with it.
