mockba.the.borg
Hi all, I know these questions may be very simple, but this is my first step on installing a content modifying mod (the StormTrooper). So here I go: 1 - The mod contains ydd, yft and ymt files which should replace the same files inside a .rpf. Should I instead extract the RPF as a folder and do the replacement there? 2 - If not the case, is there a tool to replace the files inside the .rpf? 3 - If I extract the .rpf, even if I don't do any changes to content, will the game still load? 4 - Will a game with modified visual content (not functionality) still go online later? Or will I have to remember to switch the mod on/off while offline/online? 5 - Can I mod vehicles (not add new ones) and still play online later seeing the modified (improved) content? Thanks, Mockba. PS.: Please be aware that this request is not about modding online per se, but instead modifying visual content and not having to be remembering to switch back and forth while going online. mockba.the.borg
Ok ... I have been able to answer everything by using OpenIV in Edit mode. So just ignore this thread from now. ... Thanks, Mockba.
