You actually can't downgrade warehouse sizes as I wanted to do the same thing but it doesn't allow you.

works when its empty, also 50% off full price as usual

 

do not downgrade, buy antoerh, have two, they dont share the cooldown, also bigger is better, because i beleive the attacks on warehouses depend on percentages.

^now thats a real big typo there ....
