Because most players don't want a 1v1 with a child who constantly kills themselves and spams explosives such as RPGS.

 

Then decides to come back on GTA forums to say crap such as "Im undefeated and am the best in this game, for real".

 

We don't care how dirty you can be.

Not if there was one created like a day ago or two...That is considered spamming..A week and a half ago would make sense
