This is a guide for the crates that involves, warehouse size, amount of shipments (per crates at a time,) buying prices, selling prices, end profits, and other calculations. This took a lot of time typing this and calculating all the numbers so I hope you all can find some use out of this!

2 Crates at a Time (8 Shipments)

Buying Price: $64,000 (8,000 x 8)

Selling Price: $244,000

Profit: $180,000

 

3 Crates at a Time [6 Shipments (Including an extra 1 crate shipment to fill the 16th spot)]

Buying Price: $92,000 (18,000 x 5 + 2,000 x 1)

Selling Price: $244,000

Profit: $152,000

MEDIUM WAREHOUSE - 42 CRATES

 

1 Crate at a Time (42 Shipments)

Buying Price: $84,000 (2,000 x 42)

2 Crates at a Time (21 Shipments)

Buying Price: $168,000 (8,000 x 21)

Selling Price: $735,000

Profit: $567,000

 

3 Crates at a Time (14 Shipments)

Buying Price: $252,000 (18,000 x 14)

Selling Price: $735,000

Profit: $483,000

Nice work. At the moment I have been filling two small warehouses with two crates at a time and selling them off once full. Have accidentally destroyed 2 or 3 crates of my own during this time.
