Multiplayer weapons in singleplayer? (Steam version, PC)

Hi. According to grandtheftwiki.com, "The [insert weapon name here] appears in the weapons wheel of Franklin Clinton, Michael De Santa and Trevor Philips after downloading the [insert name of content update here]." I want to have the weapons that come with the updates during singleplayer. I had them in singleplayer, but now I don't. Now they're only in multiplayer. If I want them in singleplayer, does that mean I have to re-install the updates? If so, how can I re-install the updates?

There must be something they're missing. I had the broken bottle. There must be a way to get it back. Of course I can use a mod, but is there another way?
