What does your weapon wheel look like?

If you enable your custom weapon loadout does that mean that you can't (randomly) pick up weapons from dead enemies?

No, you still pick them up same as it ever was.

Even if you already own the gun? I.e. you do a low level simeon mission and accidentally pick up the starter pistol.

If so then doesn't that render the whole locker useless to a certain degree? You set your loadout, only to have it ruined in minutes after walking through piles of guns.

Yeah. If you're playing on console, you can just toss them again, though. Or disable and enable the loadout thing again.

A bit like this:

wd4SB43.png

Um, on topic, I suppose it's easier to count what I don't have, rather than what I kept.

I kept nearly all of them, just threw away the standard sniper and SNS pistol, along with a few others.

Having a hard time figuring out if your heavy weapons slot is filled with RPGs or sex toys -___-

wow that's i thought aswell😂😂😂😂

- melee: Fold-knife(Loved that badass animation), Light torch (For exploring and looking at engine bays)

- pistols: AP pistol (Automatic and fire power all the way), The revolver (A must have for badass CEOs)

- MGs: PDW (Silence people in silence), Combat MG (Powaaarrrrrrr!!!!111one)

- Rifles: Carbine rifle (Most balanced gun for most ranges), Advance Rifle (Dat rate of fire)

- Snipers: Heavy Sniper (One hit kill, what more?), Marksman (In case someone wants to dance with me)

- Shotguns: Assault Shotgun (Fast, almost no reload)

- Heavy: All except firework launcher (Just make sure I won't mix firework with RGP)

- Thrown: Sticky bombs (What more do you need?)

*With the aid of weapons locker

I guess so. It just seems like a missed opportunity that could keep the weapon wheel as simple as the player wants. Any weapon you own and have marked as 'hidden' in the locker can't be picked up off the ground if an AI drops it. I'd really welcome a change like this.

It's a real pain in the ass for me though , with the way I fill up my ammo in survivals I have to drop 'my gun', pick up all the spares and then pick up mine again. It works but along the way I end up picking up a whole bunch of pointless weapons.

Not that it's a bad thing though ;).

Melee- Kept all of em' for some reason. Really should remove a few.

Pistols- Standard, AP, Combat (Silenced)

MG's- Micro SMG, Machine Pistol, and Combat MG

Rifles- Carbine. Don't need anything else <3

Snipers- Heavy and Standard (Silenced)

Shotguns- Assault, Pump (just for the way it looks)

Heavy- All except the fireworks, cause those things are useless.

Thrown- Never have any. I find them too expensive.

if you want the crowbar there is a easy solo method.

start the mission where you have to kill all the juros (the 8 player mission). the guy down on the pear has it, dont kill him with your chopper, kill him like ui ui ui and he drops the crowbar ond BLOBB its yours hihihi

i have also all weapons on me!!!

Wait a second...the gun locker allows you to have a customized load out?

Only in theory, as some guns--including various melee weapons--cannot be moved to storage. They simply don't show up in the list of moveable weapons.

In addition, stored weapons often "magically" reappear when you walk over them (e.g. fallen MG you walk over trying to pick up money in a gang attack).

...and lastly, the golf club, crowbar, and baseball bat can still be stolen instantly by script kiddies from your weapon wheel, along with all other weapons. The difference is that, after entering a new session, all weapons but the golf club, crowbar, and baseball bat are automatically restored (R* obviously uses some kind of different variable or system of storage from the other weapons, or this wouldn't happen).

Which means (for the nth time) stealing a golf club from the Golf Course and playing the LTS map "Cypress Flats" and re-collecting the crowbar and the baseball bat therein. Yeah, it gets old.

At one point, a number of updates ago, it looked like R* fixed the stolen weapons issue, but it's still broken.

^^ All of this is on the PC--can't speak for the PS4 and XBox One, but I suspect it's similar?

How do those nuts fair for you in street fights? I'd imagine you have some armored underroos hopefully :barf:

lol Funny, isn't it--how the most sensitive and easily damaged parts of a guy's body (causing instant debilitation) are somehow so frequently associated with bravado and strength?

It really is it's like everyone expects us to be "ballsy" (?), but my "balls" are the most sensitive and vulnerable appendages -__-

Any time you pick up a gun that you previously hid on your weapon wheel it will only appear for that session, if you log off/on or switch sessions it reverts back to your customized load-out :)

No, you still pick them up same as it ever was.

And that is why I turned the custom loadout off. I just want to permanently drop weapons and NEVER pick them up again. Why is that not an option ffs
