Are there up to date patch notes?

Today (20th June) there was a 55.2MB update to GTA on steam. It's not the first time there's been a random update of a similar size cropping up. Just wondered if there's anywhere I can go that tells me exactly what the update did. It's safe to assume it's nothing major given the lack of info, but even if it's just tiny bug fixes, I would still like to know.

I know there's the official page which has patch notes on the major updates like DLCs and stuff, but I can't find any mention of these smaller updates when they crop up.

P.S. this is in the GTA Online forum because it's more than likely an update for that side of the game.

That is the official page that I mentioned in my OP. Unfortunately they do not seem to mention these smaller patches on there.

That update was for the Social Club program, updating it from v1.1.9.5 to v1.1.9.6.
