How much rank do you regard as glitcher or cheater?

OT, I have noticed a lot of suspicious looking 100 and 200 ranks lately. They're impossible to spot on their own but a lot of them play in pairs. Same crew, similar name both bang on 100 etc, both with identical single digit KD e.g. 1.00 or no kd at all, 0.00. On their own I wouldn't think anything of it, but together it's too much of a coincidence.

 

I guess more players are becoming self-concious about having blatantly obvious 8000 etc... ranks and trying to slip under the radar.

Another giveaway is the lazily modded accounts, they've done money, cars, outfits, rank and KD but none of their stats are maxed out... If you see anyone over 150 and their stats bars look noobish then that's a modded account.

Above 1200. Rank 1000 is achievable - the game has been out for almost 3 years now. For some, GTA is the only game they play. If I played this game as much as I used to, I'm sure my main character would be rank 500 by now.

Anything over a thousand is pushing it. I'm sure there are a few day 1 players who have managed it but not many. There's a lot of players who are getting more reasonable fake levels but their KD usually gives them away. They either have stupid levels or really low level.

 

I played a Vehicle Deathmatch with a Rank 900+ and a KD of 0.69 and he was rubbish, no way someone who's been playing the game that long gets beat 1 v 1 lol.

PvP isn't the only mode in the game. Back on 360, I didn't really care if/when I got killed in freemode, and typically wouldn't retaliate. If someone killed me more than a couple times, I'd change sessions. So I don't get how a 0.69 KD can be thought of as being too low to be legit. And besides, you said it was a VDM. I know I for one suck at the tank DMs, and others at the aircraft ones.

If it wasn't for the fact that quite some time ago it was kind of annoying me that all my stats were maxed except those two for both my characters, thus made it a point to develop them, I have no idea where they'd be right now, even at 563 and 250ish.

I really couldn't care less same as money cheaters doesn't effect me in any way really & with level well after 135 i think ya don't unlock anything that gives an advantage & this game been out for long enough where most players are over level 100.

Not every player spends time fighting other players. It's likely that person is a dedicated racer and doesn't bother "wasting time" fighting too much. I've got a ton of racing experience in the game (reached 1900 wins, and 2400 losses this weekend), but have come across quite a few players that have participated in double (or more) the amount of races I've been in. As has been said by others, being good at races and other activities is a great way to gain RP and you can do very little PvP fighting if you choose.

If instead of the pointless K/D ratio stat in our player profile we had "Player Created: m/d/y" instead, I'd be much happier -harder to fake and manipulate that I'm assuming. To answer the topic question, definitely rank 8000.

I prefer not to vote, because it's too hard to say. Also, I don't care what someone's rank is, and I definitely don't care if they glitched or modded to get there. As long as they're not harassing other players and modding the whole lobby, then it's fine.

I know a couple of legit low 1000s, so that's definitely possible. I'd say anything up to about 1500 is physically possible (i.e. by playing 10 hrs/every single day since launch). Anything over that is simply not possible to get in any sort of legit way.

 

That said, at the end of the day, I personally could care less for player rank (or K/D, for that matter) as long as it's a "good" player.

Just reached level 516, legit. I've been playing since The Valentine's Day Massacre DLC over 2 years ago. I don't always play, but easily 3-5 times a week....as little as 1hour to 6 hours.

Or more likely scenario, he probably kicked you because some high ranking players like to lone-wolf because their way is "the right way" and sabotage the team. I've seen this enough to run out of ways to count.

Well as stated the game is out for over 2,5 years. Thats allmost rank 1000 if you level up 1 rank a day.

 

Now ive got a lvl 1060 orso in my FL who didnt cheat, so anything up 1100 is very possible. Ive voted for 2000+ cause there are prolly complete no-lifers around somewhere who ranked 3 levels a day everyday but they would be so rare that imo 2000+ is cheated.

 

Personally however I found anything from lvl 50 to 8000 with insane giveaway KDs. But im on console so idc aslong as they dont have modmenu's like pc or lastgen.

Rank 200 gives the final upgrade I believe, you heal faster then.

Sep 17th was 1007 days ago. Online was 2 weeks late so GTA Online has been around for 993 days.

 

So if someone only played about 300 days on this game will they be level 300 or higher? I never get why people say someone is a no life on GTA. If someone played 300 days they wouldn't level up 1 time per day would they.

 

Thats 24,187 hours from me writing this. Levelling up to 400-700+ in that time, in over 3 yrs; doesn't make you a no life. Why don't you babies moan at the people that prestige 3 times in a week on COD?

 

I'm level 727 and have a 8.96KD, I played since day 1 and now only play it for free roam fun. I rarely do missions too and still manage to level up.

Honestly, I only notice when someone has a 4-digit rank.

Whether they got it legitimately or they cheated, it doesn't matter... it's looks silly.

And if they got it legitimately, then good luck in maintaining any semblance of a relationship.

Some high ranking folks in my crew, all legit, one racer is over 1k.

 

I haven't been playing for a year yet and am about to hit 341.

 

Not many folks in my crew with a K/D of 1, let alone more than 1. Reason? We do lots of playlists and they involve lots of death matching. Our best shooters are very good at DM's so they kill most of us......a LOT. Also doesn't help that we don't give a darn about the silly unimportant number.

If you work on contact mission and heist all the time, in these 2.5 years you can definitely able to reach rank 1000

 

I'd say rank above 2000 just cheated (Probably on last gen)
