cars explode WAAY too easily?

hello

 

I recently installed a deformation mod along with my native trainer, which is awesome. but whenever I ran a car with my invincible car, the car I rammed gets deformed and quickly catches on fire and then explodes. IS THERE ANYWAY TO STOP THAT? it's so annoying watching a minivan go up in the air and come back down and explode when landing, i always wanna see if the driver is dead or not...

 

honestly, would a car explode like that if you rammed it in real life? maybe, but the chances are very low. could anyone create a mod that gives a car the chance to explode or not?

 

so it would be like this, if you ram into a random car as hard as you could with a deformation mod, the usual damage would happen, but the car won't explode, instead the engine will smoke and be disabled and you won't be able to drive it. but, there will also be a 30% chance that the car will explode when you ram it, to keep it fair. is there anyway to do that?

and i also installed an ENB mod that removes every cars entire damage limit so the roof can be caved in and the car can be crushed into a cube. but the cars keep exploding so i cant have any action like that

Hmm, I am not sure why, perhaps they have parameters which defines the health of vehicles?
