Is it possible to see who's Looking for Work?

Normally I have always done my VIP work on my own or with friends/crew members in my own lobby, but obviously the latest update has required me to make my way into public lobbies more often. When doing so, I often get notifications saying there are people looking for work as a bodyguard/associate. Now, typically I like to reserve hiring people to friends and crew members only (being my crew's leader), but if nobody's on, it gets me wondering if I should hire people looking more often (I did it only once before). My question though, is there any way to see exactly who's looking for work? I've tried looking, but couldn't seem to find an option. Last thing I really want is to hire those looking, only for them to be really low levels (in a lobby full of higher levels) or the session trolls.

Invite everyone in the session or whomever you see as reliable to be an associate/bodyguard. That's what I do, sometimes I get a lot of people to join, other times no people or 1 person will join. Either that or someone will text you asking to be a bodyguard.

Yeah, that's not exactly what I was asking. I'm guessing then that there isn't an option to see specifically who's looking when you're notified that there are people in the session who are.

Pretty sure in the SecuroServ section of the Interaction Menu when you go to 'hire associates' you can scroll left and right and there will be a menu saying 'people looking for work' or something like that and it should list those that are looking for work. There is also nearby, rivals etc. to choose from.

That option for me has always just sent out invites to only those looking for work -- it doesn't list who those people are, which is what I've been wanting.

Honestly the Player list in Pause needs an overhaul. More stats.
