Would You like a Plastic Surgery option?

Maybe R* are developing this feature right now and adds bells and whistles to it.

That's what I'm hoping/thinking. There's literally no reason why they shouldn't at least add the option to modify our characters at the Choose/Swap Character menu. I think what livejoker said about the Pegasus bug might be the reason it hasn't been added yet. They want to try to keep it from causing bugs and then the Support Forum explodes. I mean, yeah it's been a little while, but they tend to break 2 things when they fix 1, so it takes time.

 

Also, starting to think SmokesWithCigs was just baiting...or maybe...he's secretly part of Rockstar...and...he knows...

+1 ...by adding a GUI mechanism for body type editing, etc. Although NPCs have a wide variety (so R* is already using the tools to do it), making them available as (or in) a self-contained DLC is more work.

Just checked the GTA Online support page, and it seems there are more threads requesting character appearance/gender changes than threads by banned people.

 

Seems like there is a great demand for a plastic and gender reassignment surgeries... and with people dying to change their character's appearance/sex without glitching or having to start over again, this seems highly profitable for R* to implement.

I'd be a great addition. Many didn't have the patience, or experience, with Rockstar's character editor and built in a haste or whatever. Build the option, charge GTA$ and profit I say. Besides, wasn't a DLC Surgery Interior found a little while back?

No idea but we do know that the hospital has an interior if you happened to play SP when you kidnap what's his nuts in the one Strangers and Freaks side mission for the british nuts on vacation. He crashes through the hospital and you can drive right through it. Lots of detail in there.

I'd like the ability to submit other players to corrective surgery as punishment for cocking up cargo deliveries. And get to choose the final outcome before they wake up, lol.
