Would You like a Plastic Surgery option?

Hell yeah I would. I want to adjust his skin color a little whiter. (Not racist, he's just too tan for how I want him)

And I love this feature in Saints Row, being able to change how you like whenever you want.

Since the support has been regularly refusing character customisations for quite a while now (unless a character was damaged by a bug or something like that) I would not be surprised to see them offer plastic surgery at some time in the future. At a price of course. I would guess not cheaper than $250k.

What's funny, is that I have such a generic GTA face in real life, that all I had to do when creating a character was press "X". Hahahaha! I mean, I kinda looked like the normal GTA guy that popped up.

 

 

However, there are tweaks I would like to do to the characters face (make it more round instead of long), so I vote YES! I doubt the plastic surgery option would allow you to change gender, because of saved outfits and purchased clothing... Maybe the game would act weird?

Sure. I'm very happy with how my character turned out, but if others want to make changes to theirs, then the option should be there.

For instance I like the creator shown at the beginning 0:05 - 1:02

We actually do have different walks styles and facial expressions, there just isn't a whole lot of them lol.

Facial expressions and walk styles don't add up, especially considering how awkward every walkstyle looks besides the default one, they make you look like you shat your pants or have a stick up your ass.

 

That being said, the facial expressions are useless, you can't honestly think that these are advantages that GTA Online has compared to other character creators, do you?

They won't. They don't even offer appearance changes(Thank Youtubers for that) unless you do the glitch. Even then you need a free slot and can't change gender.

The game is based in a city that's based on Los Angeles, the fact that plastic surgery wasn't available in the beginning is an insult to realism as a whole.

 

As you can probably guess by now, yes, I'd like the option to change my characters appearance, right now his forehead takes up 1/3 of his face.

I actually voted yes because I sometimes would love to change my face to the point of wearing a mask when doing heists with randoms to avoid them laughing at me when we walk out the door of their apartment in the cutscene but you know what? Make my vote a no. All the haters can take a backseat. I actually grew fond of my face. Represents change. Being different. Standing up for what my momma and whatever troll she slept with gave me. Plus, we all know beauty is on the inside. Players may judge the face but they'll be more prone to liking/disliking you on how you act. Shame on you for your jokes. One day you'll grow old and become saggy and I'll be there to let you in the club.

How did you unlock the surgeon already?!?! Is there different ones we can pick? Because your surgeon looks like he has a plastic fetish and I don't want to end up like the girl from Die Antwoord if she went on a week long binge in a Mark Kay warehouse.

I actually thought of doing a character appearance change due to the change appearance glitch having the possibility of wiping your Pegasus vehicles (which did happen to me before) but that was back in 2014, maybe early 2015. I guess R* are kind of tired/busy with other things at this point. It's a shame they have multiple but locked character slots and skip out on a huge money-maker as a surgeon. They'll gladly rehash over-priced supercars but not release a one-room building with a checkpoint that brings you to an already-built character creation menu? It's sort of missing their own goal, you know? R* could easily make it cost 1mill to change your face and people would actually buy a face change even if it's stupidly expensive. Shame the game's economy is so bloated, we could've seen nose jobs for $10K and new cheeks for $15K (changing aspects of your face stacks up, etc.).

 

Honestly R* could just release a Lifestyle & Health update where you can have a facial reconstruction but also hit the gym. Gain muscle. Shape those buns. All exercises work a particular area of your body. No more generic male and female bodies (that could cause a lot of issues with clothing so that's never gonna happen but I can dream). Having a gym, though, would mean you could also get fat meaning eating meaning hunger meaning 12 year olds and most GTA fans whining about GTA becoming a Fallout Hardcore Mode simulator by having to feed your virtual self.

 

A bit off topic but thought it fitted the overall style of becoming a better you.

What if this comes with the Cunning Stunts update? I mean, after having your face scraped out of the floor because you were being "full 'Murican" by jumping through a flaming ring in your Sovereign, why not have it restored at a plastic surgeon?
