Wouldn't it be cool to walk into a hospital and have surgery? Some of us have butt ugly characters, and the option to change them for a price would be cool.

Definitely. I don't see why not, they could easily charge you a couple 100k for it so why they aren't confuses me. Although isn't the character creator one of the things needed to make invisible characters?

Yes, but people used to old method of accessing the customisation to glitch and rockstar got on to it, so they'd have to come up with a different way and that's just not their style.

Invisible outfits? It wouldn't work cause you need to change gender to make those outfits

Just figure out how to get around the exploit. Maybe no gender changes?

They should make LiveJoker's character the surgeon. that'll scare people off.

There are a few things I'd like to change about my character. Nothing major. It would be nice to be able to adjust some things a bit. I'm sure a lot of people would spend a lot of money on this. No idea why they don't add it. It should be easy.

I'd definitely welcome this ability in GTAO.

 

Probably wouldn't use it on my primary character but it'd be pretty handy on a second character/account used as 'extras' for Snapmatic photo shoots.

 

As far as I'm concerned, when regarding character customization more options are always good.

I think that the character creator should have had more options like more walk styles, facial expressions, fight moves...

 

For instance I like the creator shown at the beginning 0:05 - 1:02

Definitely would like this feature.

 

I'm happy enough with my 1st character apart from a minor changes to her nose. But I would love to be able to send my second character to a plastic surgeon. She's not too bad but I can make prettier characters than how she landed up after transferring over from 360. I don't really want to delete her just because she looks too gaunt. I'd be happy to pay whatever to change her face.

Oh yeah, this would be a very useful feature and R* could charge good money for it. I mean, the tools and the system is already there, why not expand on it and let us further customize our characters?

 

I made my first character look like myself as much as I could, but there's only so much you can do with the current "parents" system to approach different styles and get something unique. Maybe then more than 90% of the GTAO population stops looking the same with different hair on top!

Would be great but I can't see R* putting all that time and effort into a superior creator like that, no money in it for 'em...not unless they made some wacky rule that you had to pay real money to unlock a change of appearance
