HELP! Can't Pick Up Yacht Weapons

Hi everyone,

 

Is there a particular reason why I cannot pick up the weapons lying around my yacht? Looking around the forums and whats been said online, it seems that I should be able to pick up these weapons even if it's not my yacht...but why is it that I'm unable to pick up the weapons on anyone's yacht?

 

I'm also unable to pick up certain weapons on that are dropped by dead cops...why is that?

I think it only picks up the weapon if your ammo count for said weapon is below a certain number.

that means you already own the weapons , unless you don't have it

Until you're low on ammo, they just float there rotating menacingly.
