You mean installing performance parts at LSC before upgrading it at Benny's?

 

I don't know if it works tbh, technically the Sultan RS is a different model (a different vehicle) in the files, so if you install the performance parts at LSC before upgrading it at Benny's, it would probably mean you're gonna lose your parts and waste your money, so probably the best thing to do is upgrade it at Benny's, then install anything there unless someone else can confirm it works (I'm not on CG to try it out for you, sorry).
