Error When Trying To Open OpenIV

Hello,

 

After countless hours of searching and troubleshooting, I'm left with nothing else but to ask for help here on GTAForums. I just bought GTA V yesterday and have been anxiously trying to get it all set up with the mods I've had my eye on over the last few days. LCPDFR is installed and running, along with many of the available scripts. I was hoping to begin adding some models to the game using OpenIV, but unfortunately, I ran into an error which is preventing me from opening it.

 

 

I've tried updating my DX (DX12 is installed), but the install just ends up crashing towards the very end. I've tried adding the DLL manually to the folder as well with no luck.
