Id buy a hydra it speeds up the ceo work and improves jet skills im getting pretty good in a jet since this update which was a weakness for myself before

Does the Hydra offer the "push-to-land and enter office" option like helicopters do?that option is for helis only

The main use the Hydra had for me was freemode events; getting to briefcases and vehicles across the map very fast (and also criminal damage).

For the CEO work however, I don't find it that useful. Obviously the Buzzard is slower but it's just so much easier to land in tight places and you can request it anywhere. The extra speed the Hydra has doesn't matter for CEO work because the crates always spawn in or close to the city so the fast landing of the Buzzard will compensate its lack of speed. So if you're looking for a useful CEO vehicle I wouldn't recommend the Hydra.

If you really want to have a jet just for the fun of flying, you should buy the Besra.

But my main advice would be to save up, there will be more updates "soon".

I'm a big fan of the Insurgent and Hydra, and surely either would be a wise investment, but how has nobody brought up the Kuruma (Armored)?

Unlike every other armored car on the market, the Kuruma offers reinforced panels behind every window that hold up to small arms fire MUCH better than the bullet-resistant glass found on other competitive options (including the Turreted Limo). Sure, it can't handle explosives like the Insurgent, but with a price tag of $525,000, it's a slightly more budget-friendly option. With the proper tire choice, it even handles reasonably fair for it's class. It has numerous applications in both PvE and PvP (especially heists) and is one of the very few vehicles I absolutely needed on my alternate character.

Maybe I missed something (like you've already got one), but I'm just slightly appalled that the previous comments forgot to mention this versatile must-have!

Karuma is a mission tool insurgent is a freeroam tool

Well, the Kuruma can be a very useful tool for those hardcore npc's you encounter in some CEO buy missions, especially the ones with the crashed plane.

Save it for now and invest in more large warehouses. Get a 2nd lare warehouse, fill them and do 2 large sell runs and buy a 3rd large warehouse. do a triple and buy two more (hopefully) large warehouses and go for glory (10-11m for a successful sweep). After that buy the most expensive thing and do the same again working your way down the ladder buying the apartments and sh*t you want.

As for things you need (to make things easier) are an armoured kuruma (tune it to the max when you can (assuming you aren't level 100 yet)), an MG or CMG (personal preference. a good rifle will surfice), an uzi (or similar), stickies, Homing Launcher and Buzzard.

Stop reading now. TLDR from here on

If you can't afford the buzzard (or haven't unlocked it) then unlock and get the armoured kuruma and get the special carbine and uzi. keep plugging at missions and heists to gain 1,250,000 for an office and warehouse (you can eventually get there by level 20 to 25 if you are prudent).

If you can't be arsed grinding then £12 will get you started.

With the office and small warehouse plug away until you have 5 small warehouses. Fill all and start updating until to medium. Fill all houses until you can raise 1.9 million on a sweep and buy the cheapest large warehouse. With a large warehouse, fill it and buy the second large warehouse and the rest you know by now.

I use my Hydra where ever possible while solo ceo. The Buzzard is just too slow on the long triple crate pickups. I would wait till it's on sale though.

Op is so pleb. Just start buying things in alphabetical order and you'll be caught up in one year.

Buzzard FTW. Mightn't be as quick, but can get into tighter spaces than the hydra IMO and you only have to land on the crate to pick it up.

You have all you need already OP. With the buzzard and continuing CEO missions/crate delivery & sales, you'll accumulates ton more cash and have s comfortable budget in no time. Always save if you know there's another update coming (the 3 locked cars and Stunts after that).

Karuma is a mission tool insurgent is a freeroam tool.

I find they both have applications in freeroam. A single hail of bullets can clear out an Insurgant's occupants in seconds, whereas a single rocket can stop a Kuruma. However, if you happen across an opponent who favors gun play, the Kuruma can creep up and unzip their fly before they get a single bullet on the driver.

Save it for now and invest in more large warehouses.

As of right now there is NO REASON for large warehouses (coming from a guy who rushed out and bought two asap), and I'll tell you why.

If you've begun filling a warehouse, you will have noticed that the price per crate increases as it begins to fill. One might then assume that selling the most possible crates in a single stock sale is the obvious choice, and it's certainly appealing when 111 crates will gross $2.22 million. But here's where things get math-y:

1 crate = $10,000 / crate

15 crates = $15,000 / crate

111 crates = $20,000 / crate

One might notice the steep curve of diminishing returns on value per crate between 15 and 111, meaning that despite the slightly increased value, you've actually reached half of the potential value (per crate) after only FIFTEEN crates, making it insanely more effective to sell at that 15 marker.

My advice: buy 2 small warehouses (16-crate capacity) and alternate between them (to avoid the cooldown timer) until they both contain at least 15 crates before you sell off your stock.

This, of course, is totally off-topic, but I hope to save everyone reading this from poor investment decisions!

I do agree if you are a profiteer then buying single is by and large cheaper than buying bulk with you retaining more of your income when you come to sell, but...

As a more casual player the gross figure is more important to me. At the end of the day if you have the money, spend it. What you spend you'll make back. Also the price of crate may have deminishing returns, but 111 creats still equates to 2.2 million, the difference being either 666k outlay or 222k outlay (and more time spent). The only time you notice the difference is when going through restocking and selling second and subsequent times (I say go nuts on the first run and reign in the spend afterwards).

For me, the mathematics usually means 'time is money'. Sell missions tend to take up quite some time.

You could sell a full large warehouse in a single sell mission. Or sell 7 full small warehouses in 7 sell missions.

Even if you have to drive 3 trucks instead of 1, it would still be a big profit in time.

Tug missions will even be the same length and as far as I know the titan one as well.

Honestly...if you do a lot of freeroam, maybe also some missions and you plan to become a solo vip or CEO later the hydra is like the handiest vehicle there is by far

What the Hydra can give you that the Buzzard cant?

Well, it does have a good chance of dodging homing launcher missiles.

And more speed to get from a to b :p

Regardless of what you do or don't buy, a good 'rule of thumb' to go by is too always have at least one million in the bank for ammunition and prostitutes. In no specific order -_-

These are both fair points, and ultimately the difference is play style and personal preference, but for those still waffling over whether or not to buy large, consider this:

What happens when NPCs attack your warehouse? What happens when the Titan carrying your stock goes down? (It's happened to me once already, and I lost 50 crates, the ENTIRETY of that stock sale). Would you rather have 15 crates on the line, representing your precious investment of time and GTA$, or would you rather have 111?

Save it. Definitely don't get a Hydra. The biggest waste of money for me. I never have much use for it. The only good thing about it is that it will spawn close to where you are. Unless there is something you really want then don't waste your money. I've managed to save a lot of money by only buying the cars I like. A friend has bought most of the cars so I just drive his and find out which ones I like before wasting money on ones I don't :)

Save the money (and work on building up more).

If there is no cars or anything that catches your eye at the moment just leave it. Maybe next update will bring something you really like.

I wouldn't buy a Hydra if it means you have no money left. While some may like it for delivery missions etc, it really isn't vital. You have the Buzzard so you have the best air vehicle already. I do own a hydra but honestly I never use the thing.

95% of the time when I call an aircraft it's the savage. It's pretty good for most things.
