I read about a thousand topics about the Altruist missions but could not find the answer I'm looking for. I beat the game last month but realized that I did not do the Altruist mission. There is no more strangers to pick up for Trevor.. in fact no more SF missions of any kind. I want to get the achievement for the Altruist but since I can't activate the mission, I won't be able to get it. What do I do? Thanks in advance everyone.
