A Declasse Premier taxi cab commercial broadcasted by VBC in 1991.

Originally, I just wanted to add secondary and tertiary color for the Premier-based taxi cab. However, when I posted my progress, @universetwisters suggested me making more changes on the model. So, here is the final result.

Seriously, the simple addition of a Livery makes it so much better than the Default Taxi.
