best mission to grind without heists?

I can't believe people are still recommending the whole wait 15 minutes thing in 2016...

Letting the clock run is NEVER more profitable than just running the missions at a normal steady pace. If playing solo, the ONLY time when idling is worth it is if you're gonna go make a sandwich or take a dump or something. Aside from that, if you're sitting at the game just running the clock out, you're doing it wrong.

As others have said, your best bet is to just take the missions as they come, try to enjoy yourself and play with others, both for the payout bonus and to maybe meet people who can help with better moneymakers like Heists and VIP/CEO work later on

Quite dull but I sometimes grind The Los Santos Connection. It's 28k for each run and easy peasy with a Buzzard. So, because R* won't let you replay missions from the tiles, I create an invite only session first. Makes it super fast to go in and out of freeroam, and then I just pick my missions from that online options screen. Might consider Rooftop Rumble too from what I read here.

^ Trash Talk is the best paying mission so if you're gonna branch out, go there.

Alternating between Headhunter and Sightseer.

Start Sightseer, complete it, wait 5 min for the remaining jobs (except Sightseer) to be available again, start Headhunter, complete it, and Sightseer (but not other jobs) will be available again, and then whenever you finish Sightseer/Headhunter, Headhunter/Sightseer will be available immediately afterwards with no timer. Keep doing this repeatedly and you could get a decent amount of money.

All you need for both is a fast car, Micro SMG, and some Grenades. You could call up a Buzzard instead but the faster you complete the jobs, the less money you'll get and you will also have to face the timer because you did it too fast and did not allow it to go down during the job.

Los Santos Connection, Trash Talk, Rooftop Rumble(even though I hate it) are still great for that.

To avoid ammo expenses, make sure to bring a Savage or Buzzard, Hydra is good too if you can control it while hovering.

Both Sightseer and Headhunter have a base reward of 20000. Sightseer gives you a bonus 500 per minute spent and Headhunter a bonus 500 per 2 minutes spent. Not worth mentioning really.

I would advise that you just roll with doing loads of missions over a few high payout ones.

Try and avoid missions large fights that will consume resources and forceyou to spend. Avoid missions that are too long or have you running about in a boat. Diamonds are for Trevor is a good payout but if you do it solo it takes too long and isn't as profitable.

Best way to grind? Go contact mission on your phone and play with a team of four. You'll see the cash roll in. A couple of hours and you'll be okay.

I actually really like DAFT solo. Get a Hydra, kill all the guys by the diamonds (they can't be destroyed), get in boat, take care of the heli and two boats, fly back and get the boat. Pays about $15k and doesn't take that much longer than with a crew

If anything, the payout for solo vs with a team should be reversed. You should be rewarded more for doing a 4-6 player mission solo.

Yep, never understood why taking ages and having a big team was paid more than one player doing it in an ace time. Skill is not rewarded.

Hell you could just afk in a group and earn tons. I see it all the time But a solo player with high skill level? Pay them the least.

What is the best mission to grind besides heists? I want to try out the new CEO and office stuff but have no money and no one I know wants to do heists, so what is the best mission to grind?

"Time to Leave" and learn how to spawn rare Sand Kings.

Rooftop Rumble. Cliche, maybe, but it's one of the quickest and most profitable missions in the game. Especially when using an Armored Kuruma.

I noticed it too but I don't think that the Armored Kuruma is really necessary for that mission.

I usually do Simeon missions. Simple and straight forward. Go to the car, steal it, bring it back, wait 15 minutes, BOOM. 22K+ right there. Also, join heist set up missions. They pay 15-25K per set up. Keep grinding until you reach that 1 million, buy an office, buy a warehouse, then find a solo lobby and grind cargo. Made 2.2 million within 2 days using only the small 250K warehouse.

Also when you can, buy the armoured Karuma. VERY. USEFUL. IN. HEADHUNTER.

15 Minutes wait? That's long... I might fall a

I agree with joining heist set up missions but I noticed that most players don't know how to play them or give up too easily. The worst is that they're ranked at over 100 to 150. I still wonder how it's possible. I joined the prison break heist finale yesterday as the prison officer. The difficulty level was at normal. I thought it would be easy peasy for the pilot as he was ranked 250+ but he kept crashing the Velum. We were almost escaping from the prison but the pilot left after 4 crashes. I was the pilot already 2 times and haven't failed yet. I'm ranked 56 :/

a bunch of people working titan of a job and los santos connection usually suits me well.

Yes and I'm one of them doing the titan job one. Fairly easy when the players aren't in a rush to take the plane :panic:

It's not long if you take your time driving there and allat. There's literally no rush since the less you rush = the more money you get.

If contact missions aren't your style, there's freemode events, selling cars, destroying cargo in a full lobby (If the lobby is like 4 people don't do it.) etc. etc. There's also Shark Cards if you reaallllyy don't wanna wait but they're really not that bad. $2 get you $200,00 which means you're closer to that 1 million you need. Once you get an office and a warehouse (You'll need at least $1,250,000 for the cheapest office and warehouse), then money won't be a problem! I made 3 million within 2 or so days of on-and-off grinding it.
