So I've heard a lot of people say that the money that associates in organizations get paid isnt enough to be worth it, that only the CEOs make money. I'm going to give you some figures before I ask your opinion on the matter. I have a small warehouse holds 16 crates. If you buy 3 crates at a time for 18k you can get 15 in 5 trips for a total of 90k invested so far. Then you buy the last crate for 2k for a total of 92k invested. You sell the 16 crates for a total of 240k with a profit of 148k. Now those figures are only if you don't run into trouble getting the cargo to the warehouse. Now let's move on to the associates. I'm not 100% sure what the max pay they get is but the most any of mine got was 10k. Now if we're doing this a while and I'm not dying the associates are getting paid 10 per trip. It takes 7 trips to fill and sell the warehouse, which is 70k total. So without really risking anything the associates are making 70k. Me on the other hand puts forward at least 92k, more if I'm unlucky, and could end up losing my investment if the final shipment is destroyed while the associate still makes as much as 60k. Now do you still think that the pay the associates get is not fair?

*sorry for the lack of tags I wrote this on my phone and it wouldn't let me access them.

Associates should get paid maybe 15% of what you sold or simply make it a set figure at $25,000. Basically near enough to a few VIP/CEO jobs.

70k minus expenses on ammo protecting and helping you, using Lester for cops/off radar.

it only goes up from 5k once you make a sale. so it stays at 5k for your first 6 buying missions then goes up a random amount, so 70k is a highly generous estimate.

They get close the 50% of what the CEO makes.

Not if the ceo is doing medium/large which is what most people are doing.

getting paid 10 per trip

also its per selling trip not buying

As a CEO, if you mix in some VIP work, your guys can get paid pretty good. My guys are always doing something so they are always making their base Securo Serv pay plus money for moving crates and VIP missions.

They may have gotten the occasional pay, that's securoserv wages which is every 15 minutes.

That's weird. As far as I know, associates only get paid after a sale. As for buying, they only get RP.

Also, I should mention that as a ceo, if you do a vip job, it will pay for your crate purchases and allow for the cooling off timer to finish. It's really a good system.

Thanks for the input guys. I found out that I'm possibly wrong about how much associates make. If I am then I'd have to agree that they don't make enough for their time. But I also learned how to up their profit and eliminate my risk and up my profit as well. Thanks again guys.

Thats the only possibility, associates dont get paid when you buy crates.

Securoserv should knock down the max payment to ~8k, but pay them after every single crate delivery. This way, if an associate helps a CEO fully load up a large warehouse, they'll earn ~296k, and then a chunk of change from the sale.
