Favorite Assistant Gender?

I prefer the male one because he does a better job than the female. He wasn't on life Invader, just checks the scores, doesn't like the exchange and thinks Securoserv is the career for him. Also, he gets stuff done, he'll sue contractors if they don't deliver on their agreement today.

 

Meanwhile, the female assistant will go on life Invader, doesn't even check the scores, and rants about her 2 degrees in finance, while her CEO gets to do all the heavy lifting. She also harrasses her boss for shares and can't choose between her kids.

I didn't put too much thought into it and chose the female assistant. I've never tried the male assistant. 

 

Indeed a lot of customer service, reception and HR positions are taken by women due to psychological benefits. Not my reason to choose a female assistant in the game but could be common theme in real life.
