how to move and look around while zooming in with sniper rifle with xb

so i got an xbox one controller to use on my pc but i find it hard to zoom in with my sniper rifle, look around, and move my character at the same time....i was able to do this easily on the ps3 controller on gta v for the ps3....

 

Any tips?

Not sure what exactly your situation is, but, just go into settings and have it allow movement while zoomed in.

Read again: zoom in with my sniper rifle, look around, and move my character at the same time
