How you get Tactical Vest ?

I really want armor vest like VIP Bodyguard outfit. How i can find it ?

1. Have a friend be a VIP and have him invite you to the organization.

 

2. Go into ammunation gun store and go to the wall of shirts while the VIP has outfits set to none

 

3. While still standing by the wall, have the VIP switch to the militia 2 outfit

 

4. Now you're going to press right on the d-pad and go to t-shirts, and hover over the black t-shirt

 

5. VIP now switches the bodyguard outfits to none while you are hovered over the t-shirt

 

6. Exit the clothes menus and you should notice you have the milita 2 outfit on, now you're going to need the person who is VIP to quickly change it to another VIP outfit.

 

7. Head to your apartment with your VIP and yourself, and go into your closet.

 

 

8. Have your VIP switch the bodyguard outfits back to None and quickly press right on the D-pad

 

9. Quickly change everything on the outfit except for the shirt, then save the outfit.

 

Congratulations, you now have the Black Bodyguard Vest!

That special vest should've been the heist vest.

A fast was to get it "solo" requires a yacht hot tub and CEO (not VIP).

 

1. Make sure hot tub is set to swimwear.

 

2. Wear the VIP/CEO outfit with the black vest, in this case, El Jefe.

 

3. Walk into the hot tub and you'll notice you'll wear the swimwear. Go to the SecuroServ outfit style, switch it once and back to El Jefe. You'll now be wearing it in the hot tub.

 

4. Remaining in the hot tub, now retire from CEO and you'll notice you'll are still wearing it.

 

5. Equip any gear from the accessories menu (it won't actually show) rebreathers work best, then become a CEO again.

 

6. Now accept an invite you have on your phone and once it has loaded up the lobby screen, back out.

 

7. You'll appear on your yacht wearing the chosen VIP/CEO outfit and are able to save and edit.

 

*You cannot change the top of the El Jefe or the vest will disappear.

They also didn't add the slightly unbuttoned business shirts from the "regime" bodyguard outfits. Man I wish they did......

 

Anyway kinda a dumb question but where would I go to ask about that some more (try to get R*'s attention if possible)? I feel like opening a support ticket would be inappropriate as this isn't an issue with the game.
