Free CEO Vehicles

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

 

I refer to this video posted by iCrimax on Youtube:

It´s german but if you can see from 4:40 he registered as a CEO, than he entered the CEO Vehicle menu. GRATIS means FREE!

As you you can see he can get the Buzzard for example for free. I can´t!
Do I have to own the Buzzard as an Pegasus Vehicle. What I have to do to get this helicopter via CEO menu for free?

Yes you have to own these vehicles for them to be free

That means I have to buy the Buzzard for 1.75 mil from Warstock to get it for free via CEO Vehicles?

Yup, you can only request a vehicle for free if you bought it.

I think you also need a large warehouse to spawn the Brickade, medium for Rumpo and small for XLS (NOT the armoured version).
