Should I buy an Office or a Yacht?

I've been grinding my butt off and was just wondering which is a better investment. I don't have enough for either however, it helps me to know what I'm working towards. If it's the office then what's the best one to buy? Is it worth it to buy the most expensive office? What's the difference between them all? It's a buttload of money and I want to make the most out of my money once I reach my goal.

Just get the cheapest office, work hard, and eventually you'll hit break even point and be able to get your lovely Yacht.

Office. Unlimited VIP work > 4 hours of VIP work (if you're not using the reset exploit)

Hands down... The office (combined with a warehouse)... Having a yacht is nice too, but as a moneymaking tool, it's not as effective...

buy maze bank west at 1 million and buy the cheapest warehouse and you be on profit really fast

with use of quick travel , it also offers good view ( which some offices's view obstructed by other buildings )

Office. You can make more than $400k profit in 2 hours with a small warehouse. In combination with VIP work and selling cars.

Don't waste your money on the most expensive office, buy one of the cheaper ones and get yourself a mid-range warehouse for the same price as Mazebank. This will also unlock all the new crate delivery missions as well as all the functionality mentioned above.

It would depend on your money situation. If you're low on money. the office can be utilized to make more money when the yacht doesn't really help you a lot on that.
I'd buy both of those eventually. The cheapest office and the middle priced yacht.

I have both - but I only use the office. TBH - I can't even remember when I visited my yacht the last time (must be months ago). Yacht is cool once you pick up a friendly lowlevel player to give him some guns he can't get atm. But its more eyecandy imo. Office with one or better two small/medium or mixed warehouses to prevent the cooldowns for buying is pretty entertaining.

Definitely the office. It's significantly cheaper than the Yacht (even if you splurge) and will provide a strong return on your investment with the CEO/warehouse missions you'll complete. For a broke player, you need to maximize your income as quickly as possible and having an another source of revenue and different gameplay than the standard grind is invaluable.

 

Buy the yacht later. It's not going anywhere.

Buy a small warehouse and start making money. If you are on ps4 go to your internet setting and went you see the MTU put 800. Now you can be alone in a public session and make more money fast.

Office definitely. Maze Bank West may be super cheap, but it is in no way inferior to the others. As others have said, the yacht is no more than a novelty.

Ideally, both. The office first, though, since you can make some serious money from selling your warehouse(s) full of goods. You'll eventually turn a profit, though I recommend you mix in some other jobs/racing/heists in order to compensate for the constant buying of crates. It'll take a while to fill a large warehouse, even if you buy 3 crates at a time. That'll deplete your bank account, so if you're already low on funds, you'll need to have other sources of income flowing into your bank account.

 

If you only have one warehouse, then take advantage of the cooldown period between buying crates and do a VIP job. I love doing the headhunter one in my armored Kuruma. Easy money. I'm also a pretty good racer, so I also mix a few races in for some good cash. Whatever money-makers you're good at, do them to offset the crate costs and you'll do fine. I bought the office at the Arcadia building, but for budgetary purposes, the Maze West building is the cheapest and I think you can put all the same upgrades that you do to the other, more expensive spots.

in all fairness the buzzard dont seem to spawn on the rooftop of any office unless you pay 1k while using the "leave on vehicle" option
