GTA3 TXD.img max size question

I know that the first time you run GTA3 it creates the TXD.img files with the right textures for your graphic card, so now my question is, starting with a fresh install of gta3, which it is the maximum size attained the file TXD.IMG?

 

I did it on my laptop with a 512MB Intel HD4600 and 8GB ram and the file was 200MB, while GTA3 steam version TXD.img is arround 320MB.

 

Anyone has got bigger TXD.img files?
