What are the differences between the type of tyres? (like SUV, Sports, Lowriders and etc)

Which has no influence in performance - all tires have the same grip.

The thicker they are, the better they handle bumps.

Imo, sports are overall the best, but for someone who isn't too good at racing, something with a little more thickness could help, such as muscle or tuner (off-road may be the best when it comes to absorbing shocks, but they have too much understeer).

Not saying you're wrong, just want to know if they really improve the handling aswell. Most of the discussions here about tires ended with the same idea: all tires have the same grip.

the effect of different tires is perfectly shown here. with cars like t20 and some others you will not notice when you enter the curb because tires sink into the ground when you go on the curb, making it as smooth as possible.
