what's the best weapon for deatchmatches?

i've been doing a lot of missions which earned me a hige rank level, but i've been missing out on other jobs such as deatchmatches (which i never liked until lately) but i get killed waaay to many times, what weapon would be best during a deatchmatche?

Many people swear on the carbine special.

But I dont like its design, its overused and I always get a silencer forced on it when im in a heist.

 

Thats why i usually use the regular carbine (the m4 lookalike) or the advanced carbine.

Combat MG is porn too.

It depends on the situation. My default weapon is always the special carbine, but if I find myself in a tight spot I'm not afraid to whip out the assault shotgun. And yes, people will argue that it's cheating or something, but if it was put into the game then it's fair and the opponent would be a moron for not taking advantage of his or her full arsenal. That said, if your enemy is far away you're obviously going to want to use the heavy sniper rifle. But all of what I've just said is useless unless you've got skill. For example, you'll need to make sure you roll (yes, rolling is vital) immediately after your enemy does and while rolling get into the crouch position which usually interferes with their ability to lock onto you. Then take the shot (aiming for the head) and roll again until he or she lies bleeding on the ground. I usually don't take cover unless I need to eat snacks or equip fresh body armor. It never seizes to amaze me how many scrubs will just run into battle with half health. This isn't Rambo!

Actually, RPG abusers aren't difficult to out maneuver. You'd be a fool to rely on it...though if your opponents are foolishly cluttered together in a tight spot, yeah that's fair game. It's called strategy. The best weapon is whatever works best at the time.

Depending on the deathmatch it'd take too much time to acquire one and in that time other players will be earning points. Also, it's generally a dick move.

Hey make sure you visit the Guide section of the forums for good info and if you are really struggling, hit me up privately and see if we can figure out why you dying more than killing. Just because you are new to deathmatches doesn't mean you should struggle. Sometimes the fix can be better tactical moves or adjusting your aiming settings to better fit your reflexes.

Oh and I recommend the S.pecial Carbine or the Combat MG.

Although I prefer the regular carbine, myself, the special carbine has a slightly faster firing rate.

The Combat MG is my bullet-proof helmet destroyer though.

The human brain you can use to pick the adequate weapons for each map before your enemies do. That's the best weapon in the end.

 

Off course that doesn't work in deathmatches with owned weapons. Those matches only require monkeys with explosives.

All depends on the map, e.g. Maze Bank, I use the a assault shotgun with silencer and just sneak around the maze.

 

But a more open map a rifle.

The only weapons you'll really need in a standard deathmatch is a rifle (advanced or a carbine) a heavy sniper, a RPG, some grenades, sticky bombs and maybe even proximity mines. If the deathmatch involves tanks, buzzards, jets etc. then use the minigun and homing launcher.
