Has anyone gotten a warehouse full with only one type of contraband?

It always irked me a little when the contraband bought is seemingly random, so I decided to go for it and fill a small warehouse with Narcotics only.

And naturally, the game is starting to refuse to give me narcotics for quite some time. I guess it's Murphy's Law. Who knows? Maybe there's a bonus involved we don't know about. Currently at 9 crates of Narcotics out of 16.

Has anyone done this prior to this topic (if so, feel free to lock it)

Do you have more than one warehouse? If so you could use another location for all the other types of contraband and then when Narcotics comes up again you can choose to store it at your first location.

I might give this a try too, always looking for variation on how to play :)

Oh yes, I've got 3. Two large and one small. Small one is the one I'm filling. Originally bought them with the belief you could choose where to drop off the contraband once you had picked up the crate, but nope.

Well, it'll be an experiment of mine While I wait for other Narcotics for sale, I fill up my other two warehouses in between.

Figure I'd stop you before you got too far...

That can't be done.

Specials are only sold as singular items. I was gonna try the same thing, but it didn't work.

Specials only sold as singular items? I've sold two special items in a single sell mission, so I'm quite confident that you could sell more together.

However, I'm not so sure about obtaining multiple of the same rare items at once. Wouldn't make sense to have two "rare" bigfoot skins, would it?

I have 3 Special Items; diamond, bigfoot hide and the egg. I can sell them all in one trip at $401,000. You cannot sell them individually. You cannot move them to other warehouses. Personally I'm gonna collect them all in my small warehouse. I can also confirm you seem to get a special item call after delivering 45(ish) crates across all warehouses... whichever warehouse you deliver your 45th(ish) crate to is where the special item will appear.

Also my large warehouse got attacked after only minutes of filling it to capacity. You get a call from your assistant telling you to hurry to your warehouse, you are provided a way point and a health bar (time limit) which steadily drops until you kill the 10 NPCs. My bar was less than 50% by the time I killed them all but luckily they only managed to steal 23 crates... from what I read on here 40 crates is the max. they can steal is that right?

Collecting or delivering (however you choose to describe it) a given number of crates has NO/ZERO impact or influence on how many Special Items you are offered by your assistant.

I have approaching 300 now and by that math should have had 6 offers by now. I have had 2. Others whom have moved similar amounts report the same findings.

While your calls may have come around then, if your statement were true it would be repeatable by anyone - at any time. Its not, so please refrain from posting innaccurate info.

If you are talking to me, I have repeated the process twice now for the other two special items. The theory works just fine for me. There may be a limit on how many special items you are offered within a time period.

EDIT: Oh and my friend and I started at the same time (even though he sells his s.items) and he and I get special item calls in the same time frame, within two or three drop offs anyway.

My friend and i both filled up small warehouses with homogenous cargo. I did the bullion and he did medical supplies. No bonus was added. We each got the $260k or whatever it were.

Now I'm trying it with the rare items and the value is indeed increasing. I'm at three rare items that should total $390k but are actually valued at $435k.

But I can just buy them as singular items and fill them up? I must be missing something man, can you reiterate? Sorry to be dense!

Your pool is too limited. Your experience is not the only one. Repeatable by anyone is the key. Not just your experience today or yesterday, with your friend (most likely playing together in the same session).

Will someone picking up the game 5 years from now be able to get the same results as you doing what you say?

At this point several other threads all claim to have the key. None have been verifiably repeatable by any player at any time. If you cant do that youll have to keep looking.

If you have to keep looking, your answer was wrong. Simple as that.

More and more people are corroborating this theory on here and on my friends list pal, there has to some kind of trigger, It cannot be random (as there is no such thing in computer coding) and obviously there needs to be a long period between cargo runs to give them that "special property" plus it needs to be based in the VIP system. It makes perfect sense they would tie it to a fixed amount of buys/runs you need to perform for the trigger. There are all sorts of reasons I'm sure as to why it is not happening correctly for you and others. So as long as the cloud servers are still running in five years the answer to your question is; Yes it will remain the same.
