Naught for nothing, but I find the best recruits to sign on as associates are low levels. Let them drive your high level (or high money) locked PV or pegasus vehicles. Take them to your yacht to grab the heavy sniper rifle, and they'll be thrilled at how quick they rank up with all the RP from doing CEO with you.

 

Any of you all can feel free to friend me (my screen name) but my friends list is pretty full and I've usually been too busy to accept game invites with my core group of friends online as often as they are.
