GTA 4 Free-Roam is NOT dead! (XBOX360)

Hi, just another old player of GTA4 multiplayer here on the Xbox 360. I'm sure, long time ago, like some of you, fell in love with the multiplayer experience and loved to go around killing other players for fun. That is..until the modders came and abused the entire game to hell. That didn't stop me however from playing, until I just got tired of it all and I stopped playing for about a year, and I've recently just returned. I've spent my time repairing my shooting skills and everything is now coming back to me. The joy of being the one who's not f*cked with in the lobby because of how talented you are, or the times where it took actual strategy and thinking in order to kill someone. It was ruined when players became easily discouraged from fighting and started to depend on the lobby's modder for assistance. I've even began to train others by adding them online and having private shooting sessions/lessons. I love to have a fair firefight. It's fun to finally die from surprise or being chased after spending hours being extremely hard to kill. I mostly play on Tbogt and I've noticed that the lobbies are decent; while it is rare to get a full room, you can still get up to ten players. However, that's not to say there aren't any modders on here. I've been frozen a couple times, but it's nothing compared to the constant spawn killing and freezing I've experienced years ago. It seems as if the modders are *finally* taking their leave from here. I've only encountered ONE modding heliwhore compared to the numbers before. I know for sure that if you're playing with me, we're going to have tons of fun killing others. If you're looking for some killing spree fun, please feel free to add me on Xbox 360 at kingofslay thank you! Even if we're fighting each other. This community needs to revive itself, please don't give up. If I'm telling you I see a lot less modders on Tbogt, then that should tell you something. Also, tell me what YOU liked about GTA 4 multiplayer in your reply if you want to.

 

P.S. please don't try to contact me for roleplaying, that is rather boring to me. I'd rather be spawn killed than that.

P.P.S while I haven't experienced turbo players in a loooooooong time, don't use yours against me or anyone else we kill. That is pathetic and unsporting gameplay. Let's just rely on our natural skills! I guarantee it is fun.

I love Grand Theft Auto IV Multiplayer, even more so than V's Multiplayer.

 

I usually play on Original GTA IV mostly.

 

A little bit of TBOGT and TLAD Online though.

 

I was a Hangman's NOOSE player and have acquired 60,000 Team Kills in my years of playing NOOSE.

 

Sometimes, I roam around in Free Mode or I'll play a Deathmatch here and there.

because all GTA IV online modders moved onto GTA Online on last gen.

I'm still on XBOX 360 and thanks for the confirmation. If you want to play I have all of the episodes and original version of GTA IV.

Haven't played it since 2013
