GTAKid667 Posted June 18, 2016 Share Posted June 18, 2016 It's recommended that you keep Frame Limiter on as to prevent some of the known issues that having it off can bring to gameplay. What have you tried so far to correct this issue, have you tried re-installing the game or playing in compatibility mode? Where did you get the game from?
