And multiplayer; I enjoy it, there's some pretty obvious mistakes, such as making the game too realistic, stunting isn't as fun as in Tony Hawk, but once you get the hang of it it's still pretty cool, especially if you land a quadruple flip. I mainly did snowboarding and wingdiving (which is awesome!) not a lot of skiing and paragliding is super boring and unrealistic. Dunno if this really scratches my itch for an SSX game since that franchise was a lot more arcadey and over the top. But I think I might buy this from a sale some day. Fireman Posted November 21, 2016 Share Posted November 21, 2016 It's very repetitive as Ubisoft doesn't allow you to play other people's challenges without adding them as friend, then getting into their group and then playing it with them/ So you run out of content in like 2 hours (and even those two hours are the same thing, but just with different tracks). People are complaining about it being too realistic, but personally I'm loving the sense of realism and exploration this game provides. They've got the mechanics down, and if they can deliver on the content front, this may be a day one purchase for me. Hmm, never thought I'd say that about a Ubisoft game... That is not a bad thing at all if that is what you are looking for, however if I was looking for a pick up and play game this would probably not fit the bill. A game involving tricks were your momentum actually keeps you spinning rather than magically stopping your rotation when you release a button will be well received by more hardcore fans, but for the 48hrs I had the Beta for I could not get deep enough into it to appreciate the games mechanics. Not over keen on the wingsuits, skis etc I was only interested in the Snowboarding. Back in the day I might have been all over this, now I think I might pick it up a year or so after release when the price drops dramatically.
