Game services unavailable

When I launch gta it says Rockstart game services are unavailable. I checked and it says all servers are up and running. I played GTA less than 10 hours ago and it was working fine. Does anyone else have this problem?

Not online at present but this is a common error, try joining a Solo lobby and it should reset your connection and you can then join a normal

public/invite/friend lobby.

It doesn't let me go in offline mode, I only have the retry and cancel options. The Rockstar home page doesn't open either.

Cancel out of the error message and try joining a solo lobby from the pause menu?

 

If that fails try later or maybe reset your connection?
