I posted this idea here some time ago and even sent it to R* in hopes they would use it. The new update seems to include almost all the elements in the idea. I didnt have the "choosing an office" part but minus the ability to sell to or rob other players the rest seems to be all the same. Now its certainly possible someone at R* couldve just thought of the same exact thing (great minds think alike). Either way its still pretty awesome to play bcuz its basically something I've been wanting to do in GTA anyway (buy and sell in freemode). It just feels even better bcuz its almost exactly what I was thinking. Do you guys think my idea inspired them in any way? It's unlikely his email was the main force behind them making it, but why would it bother you so much if he thought it was?

well the fighting system should not be changed or tekken will flag :r*: for copyright. :lol:

I actually have a notepad app on my phone where I occasionally write down ideas for GTA online. Believe it or not, I had an idea for Assassination Missions and it was identical to the VIP work Headhunter. Funny thing is I did send it to Rockstar. :lol: Maybe they are listening?

 

Well, it wasn't 100% identical. But close enough though!

Well, it wasn't 100% identical. But close enough though!

these are still already in last gen GTA online (not current gen and PC).

"Smuggler Boat"

"Smuggler Plane"

"Smuggler Helicopter"

"Smuggler Car"

"Kill the _____ before he reaches ______"

"Disrupt the Cops in ____"

"Kill Merryweather"

 

And you are free to choose what you want. If you feel like being a hero, go do what lester says, and if you are a troll or villain, go to the scene and don't disrupt the cops. Just kill the guy who had to escape after getting the cops distracted.

Don't kill Merryweather just kill the approaching player instead. Also those net you about 5K-10K cash + 1500 RP depending on difficulty.

I much prefer what they implemented. I don't like the original idea you had anywhere near as much, but I don't see much overlap anyway, other than the use of the words "buy" and "sell".

 

Hell, I've been calling Rockstar f*cking useless for a long, long time, but you don't see me trying to take credit when they get worse.
