After selling my medium warehouse, I've already gotten tired of it. Occasionally, I'd collect a crate, but I prefer heists or VIP work.

you can always play a vip mission between crates, it makes things interesting and less grindy!

My routine is Sell a car, headhunter then 3 crates in medium warehouse , followed by 2 crates in small warehouse. Generally I end up covering the costs of the crates with the car sale and headhunter.

I sell the small warehouse twice to the mediums once and make a clear 1.2 million profit.

All the VIP work costs me money, since I have no wait thanks to 3 warehouses. My net per hour alone w crates is just under 300, while I'd make $220k hrly at most doing VIP repeatedly.

so far I made $2,5M in 11 Deliveries , 1 delivery beeing destroyed by a 12year-old boy ... and still has some crates to sell

so 2,5 milli minus around 500K (buying the crates ) , profit should be around 2 milli , and since I bought the cheapest office+warehouse for 1,250 Milli , I made 750K pure profit so far ...

4.5 Millions in I don't know how many sales. I only have one warehouse, since I don't even stock that up to the brim before selling again. Success rate is 100 percent collecting and 96 percent selling.

Yeah, that's quite the pile of sh*t there. I wonder why I spent a ton on decor if it turns out to be all littered with dosh, fags, booze and fake sony stuff.

No teleport glitch but weeks of solitary grind that glitch would of helped a treat, i ended up doing 1 crate runs after 500 to speed up getting the holy grail (of dedication or insanity) trophy

Lost the 'large diamond' special crate as I was solo, killed off the ambush in my Buzzard but then got shot down after everyone was (apparently) dead - then more ai's arrived. Started killing them, then one of their jeeps blew up and the crate got destroyed. Fuming I was.

 

The very next job was the animal hide special crate though, so it wasn't all bad. Got that (with Karuma!) and sold for 100k profit. I've sold the animal hide crate before so was pissed off about missing out on the diamond.

 

Getting a bit fed up of the small warehouse now and will probably upgrade to a second medium but I hate spending more money that will need replacing. CEO is hard work, but rewarding imo.

I once lost 37 crates due to a crazy civilian ramming one of the Brickades and making it bounce into a canal. That was bad. Fortunately it hardly matters in the grand scheme of things. Made over $80 mil with sales so far.

Didn't realise there was a method for tidying.

 

Is $20m in sales the point where you have max cash on display? Seen it mentioned a couple times but I'm at 12 and my office looks pretty full (I have.. more than 12m cash).

a friend did it...

 

he spend all that money to only do a couple of crate jobs and ditch the crate business as a whole just a few hours later... net profit $0

I just bought the office, let it lie for a few days, then purchased a medium warehouse which I never stocked up to the brim. I always sell beforehand. Net profit 4,5 millions. Not very impressive, I know, but all I need right now. Funds for crates come out of doing the occasional VIP jobs. I always buy 2 at the most. Better profits, less of a hassle getting them.
