I grafted a full big warehouse and sold my goods. Haven't bothered doing it again, not my thing. I like to grind heists and make the big money, not piss around waiting for a return. I want dollar, fast and now.

Is there any benefit in owning a large warehouse compared to a smaller one? Can a large warehouse store more crates?

You can store more crates and the more crates you have the more they are worth.

I have a small warehouse, did 5 deliveries and earnings should be around $1,2M...spent 7-8 Hours collecting 80 crates ....

An update:

 

 

I lost my 100% sales success, but have made a lot more money now. Got myself two other little warehouses, upgraded the vehicles, and I've been keeping things fairly small-scale (I'm more or less always solo).

 

My lost sale was from a rogue AI Valkyrie attacking me, before I had upgraded the Cuban's armour. So for anyone reading, get yourself that armour - it really helps.

The benefit for owning more then one warehouse is you dont have to wait for the cooldown timer

I see your success and I love your story but I'm concerned I have two medium warehouses and I've accumulated over 3.5 million dollars to this day. I want to buy a large Warehouse but I'm scared that I might blow up 111 crates trying to sell them. my first sale I blew up 42 crates doing the Titan job but I haven't gotten that job again ever since. my question is is it really possible to solo selling a Large Warehouse buy my self?

Hi. I sold my medium warehouse and bought a large warehouse after I filled those two medium warehouses.

 

You can solo large warehouses, however so far I have always asked at least one of my friends to protect me while I'm doing the sale.

The missions dont change based on warehouse size. If you can complete them with a small warehouse you can do it with a large. The only differences are the amount of risk you take and the reward for said risk.

I upgraded my Cuban's armor too (I bought ALL the upgrades for ALL the vehicles), but the Valkeryie still made mince meat of me and downed me before I had even delivered two crates (out of 20 total)...because the Cuban can't outrun a Valkyrie to save its life.

 

Talk about R* trolling us--understatement of the year. Such a joke.

Depressing to see that number considering at least 50-65% of it wasn't profit. Maybe actually took home 6-7 mil after buying costs and destroyed cargo from griefers/hackers.

And that Image was from yesterday. At least another mil or so worth of cargo stored up from running around this morning.

My goal is to get to the break-even point where all my CEO overhead and cargo is paid for and then stop the CEO work.

When I just had the small warehouses I would just do things small. Order single crates, deliver them straight afterwards. The sessions weren't splitting as much, so I had to do a lot in actual public (as opposed to empty public).

 

Now though, they're splitting all the time, and I've got a large warehouse to go big with.

 

I'm not sure where I'll stop, but I have to say, it does seem to make a fair bit of money. Even if I'm over $10M worse off than before the update lol.

Can someone explain this to me. I have bought a warehouse but when i buy 3 crates (medical supplies) the money disappears from my account then nothing happens, no instructions to pick anything up or no items on the map. Am i doing something wring?

I had that earlier. I got out of the office, and then around 30-60 seconds later the thing started up.

 

It's probably caused by the session lagging (not necessarily on your part) but I can't say for sure.

Yeah, session lag. You should get a call from your assistant, then it'll show you the location of the items.

I also break my goals down into manageable, daily numbers. For instance, collect 45 crates, sell my medium warehouse in a public to get the extra % and get/sell a special item.

After selling my medium warehouse, I've already gotten tired of it. Occasionally, I'd collect a crate, but I prefer heists or VIP work.
