Making ENTITY Not Static!

I have problem with dead static entity,

 

Touching the entity makes it nonstatic but i need to make him not static by script.

 

I saw some old discussion on this but no answer that works..

 

Anyone have solution?

So you already know that exerting force on the entity triggers it to begin physics calculation. Exert/apply force on it through your script.

Static peds dont seem to respond to add force..
