[XBOX/PS4/PC] GTA ONLINE Public SAFE Lobbies for CEO's, VIP's

If you're looking for players who enjoy grinding PvE free-roam missions together in peace and earn big bucks while doing so, then this thread is for you.

 

Examples include:

• Import/Export - running and managing importing and exporting operations.
• Bikers Motorcycle Club - being a part of the illegal MC business ventures.
• CEO Special Cargo Network - Buy/Sell missions within the CEO Organisation.
• VIP Work and Challenges - (e.g. Executive Deathmatch, Sightseer, Piracy Prevention, etc...)
• And so on...

With hope to find & befriend other friendly CEO's and grind the "CEO Stuff" together in peace without worrying about PVP/Griefing (the same goes for friendly Associates who don't mind helping and earning some $$$ themselves), "an interested person" who wants to take the lead, schedules the time & date for the session and posts the following information on this thread:

• Gaming platform (Xbox One / PS4 / PC).
• Gaming ID (Xbox One Gamertag / PlayStation 4 PSN ID / PC R* Social Club Nickname).
• Timezone and scheduled time and date.
• Mic. (Yes or No)
• Role: (What in particular you would like to do - hosting CEO missions, Bikers missions, I/E missions, VIP Work, Associate looking for work, ect...)
• (Optional) If "an interested person" is on PC platform and only uses a specific program for voice/text chat he needs to provide a program name (Discord, TeamSpeak, Skype...), and a reference on how to get in touch.

When the time has come to host the session, and invite interested friendly CEO's and Associates, "that interested person" needs to do the following:

• Get in a relatively empty session by spamming "Find New Session".
• Invite interested friendly CEO's and Associates into your session.
• Vote-kick randoms & everybody else who doesn't behave.
• Keep in mind that you'll need someone to constantly keep an eye on players who will randomly join your session; (It's recommended to kick them right away).
• You can proceed with doing missions in peace.
• You can also use this thread to post the same details as provided above, when you're playing in a safe lobby on your own so everyone else could join! (This is an impromptu sort-of-method as the one above was scheduled in advance).
• If you're just looking to join a session without hosting then you will need to contact and notify the host through his/her respective Gaming ID and if you can't get in touch, then take the initiative and host the session yourself.
• If you're looking for players solely to play certain jobs or "VIP Work" then provide your details as shown above, and leave a note saying: "Only interested in "certain VIP work and jobs.".
• Another useful feature this thread presents is the fact that this thread could be a good place for someone who's tired of playing alone and just wants to find some active people who may share common interests.

Today's session went so well it shattered my expectations! (REAL EXPERIENCE)

 

I hopped online at around 7 PM and began spamming "Find New Session" in hopes to find a empty lobby. It took me about 6-7 tries to find a session with under 10 people. That session was my first session. I had about 3 other CEO's with their Associates, there were some randoms too (2 I think). And I announced to everyone on the server that I'm a Friendly CEO and I'm aiming to turn that lobby into a Friendly and Safe CEO lobby. As a response most of the CEO's agreed not to interfere with one another and that we would kick random players for security reasons. So the first thing I tried to do is to kick random players who had no affiliation to nobody, so I asked others to kick (eg. KICK usernamehere) and it felt like not all CEO's were that cooperative with immediate vote-kicks. So, I went with the flow, and as assurance announced that If I'll see someone killing someone for no reason he's going to get vote-kicked. The lobby stayed friendly for about 10 minutes until we noticed an influx of random players who joined the session. We were (I think) 10 players at the start and we ended up with 27 players who just joined the session within 3 minutes. I stood In my office in disbelief and just decided that it's probably better to leave this lobby and look for another one.

 

Luckily for me, about ten tries later I was placed in a second session with only 1 full organization, and the first thing I did is I said that "I'm friendly". And a few seconds later the CEO of "7D5S" sent me a friend request and we agreed that we're locking this lobby for friendly CEO's Only! And we discussed that we will need to enforce strict rules for this lobby to work as we want to. So I took the lead and announced that I will be responsible for "keeping an eye on the randoms" and "announcing kicks when randoms don't respond if they're friendly or not". Keep in mind that we weren't intending to kick everyone who just joined the server. We would always ask If (eg. usernamehere) is a friend of somebody in the session. If the answer is Yes, then we give him a pass and instruct him to keep an eye on the text chat in case we'll need to kick people. If not, then we would ask him If he's friendly or not. If he doesn't respond he's out within a minute. Luckily for us, for the first 2.5 hours only 3-4 randoms joined but they left immediately. Everything was perfect, nobody was fooling around. A couple of my friends and crew-mate joined the session, and it was all peaceful and fun. We even did a impromptu car-meetup and did a long cruise with stops and took pics, someone invited all of us onto his yacht where all of us were in a Jacuzzi chillin' and we did a group photo too (during a car-meetup & in the office). I'll add some pics below. It was a really fun session where exchanged friend requests and all of us had a great time. But towards the end when the clock was approaching midnight and I was getting tired I was about to get off, I decided to sell my 45 crates and leave. And when I was in a tugboat in the ocean about to do a sale, all of a sudden these randoms started joining and we ended up with 6-7 randoms who did not respond to us. So as I've made my Sale, and tried to stay on to help with kicking these randoms for other friendly CEO's but unfortunately we didn't had enough voting power. So, I left the session happy knowing I made some friends and that the idea worked and can be done if everyone is on point with vote-kicks.

I can make my own empty public session and usually did the cargo or shipment thing alone. If anybody wants to join you are welcome.

 

Note:

- Once 1 or 2 players join my session the other randumb player will start joining as well.

- I only buy 1 crate at a time because i want to farm the rp not the money (the amount of rp when we buy 1 or 3 crates are the same)

- When there is nobody in the session or let just say there is only me as CEO and you as Associate,you can do whatever you want ill do the shipment myself but if randumb players start joining ill spawn you a buzzard or anything you need to cover me
