Unable to purchase planes/helicopters

My apologies if this is not the correct place for this, but seems an issue with my game, or I am missing something. Finally got around to finishing GTA V on my 360. I have finished the game, finished all the missions, and right now am working the knife flights and stunt jumps for my 100% completion. I seemed to have ran into some trouble however trying to buy helicopters, and now planes, and have not found what my issue is on the internet.

 

So, First off, when I go to the Elitas Travel website there are only 5 planes available for me to purchase. Thats it. No helicopters. So I decided to buy the mallard. Not too long after that I got a email saying my Frogger has been delivered. From there on I had the Frogger Helicopter. When I go back to the website to try and buy the Mallard it says I already unlocked this, or something to that nature.

 

I am currently trying to have Trevor buy the Mallard, but everytime its the same. If I try to buy and of the other 4 planes it says there is not a enough room in my hangar. I know that the 2 larger planes wont fit, but the cropduster and the cuban 800 should.

 

I have not finished the Mackenzie air missions, and I am currently dl'ing all updates that weren't auto dl'ed to see if that fixes the issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Ok, so after applying all the updates I am able to purchase everything I am supposed to on the Elitas website without any issues. I figured any updates that effected the game should have been dl'ed automatically, but i was wrong. Thanks for the response!
