Modders on New Gen?

Has anyone else experienced this?

 

I had just gotten done doing piracy prevention with buddies and all of the sudden, a organization who was clearly on the other side of the map, spawned into my yacht, with an insurgent. It was dropped from the sky, they weren't in ghost organization or off the radar, it spawned on my deck.

 

No matter how many times we killed them, they kept spawning on the boat. They were able to kill us even with yacht defenses on. And they kept spawning cars on top of us. Anything from insirgetnts to reapers would spawn from nowhere. Eventually they spawned off the yacht and when I tried to find them, they were in the middle of the city somehow.

 

I recorded the entire thing and took screenshots and already sent this to rockstar, but I didn't think people could mod on new gen consoles.

The end times are near then. I knew I was onto something when I took Take Two's "oh the game won't last forever" as a doomsday sign.

 

This is terrible news for anyone still into the game, if those were modders.

They're still in my session too. Their stats aren't outrageous other. All are within levels 200-300, most of their stats are full but not maxed.

 

At first my friend said it was probably dropped by a cargo bob, but when the cars started to appear left and right, something wasn't right.

I'm not a scrub, and I'll always fight and defend myself, but not when people abuse the game and play dirty like that.

They're still in my session too. Their stats aren't outrageous other. All are within levels 200-300, most of their stats are full but not maxed.

 

At first my friend said it was probably dropped by a cargo bob, but when the cars started to appear left and right, something wasn't right.

I don't think 'Bobs can lift Insurgents anymore either, so it probably couldn't have been one of them.

 

I really hope they weren't modders. If the Xbox One has been cracked, well ... That was the only thing stopping the game getting flooded with modders. Rockstar's anti-cheat things aren't all that good (look at PC, and last gen).

I didn't realize my video capacity was f*cking full, but give me second to post the screenshots I do have.

They were spawning to their crates and straight to their warehouse.

 

Eventually they had more buddies join and my friend and I were kicked from the lobby.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Each time they paused, they teleported right after.

 

Was hard to get screenshots of that on the map because I really don't know to time stamp that, but I created an extensive report.

I do remember hearing a while back about there being some glitch on PS4, and it was something to do with the creator. At the time, everyone was worried it was modders all over again.

 

I'd have thought they'd have patched that by now though, but you never know.

 

Scumbags anyway. Hope they get what's coming to them some day.

You will see this glitch used a lot to immediately finish the VIP missions delivering briefcases. They just teleport to the drop off.

I don't know about the glitch some of you have been referring to, but does it allow the, to spawn literally anywhere?

 

They doing it quite rapidly too, in mere seconds, jumping all over the map. To my yacht, to literally right next to me when I was in ghost organization, to all across different points of the map.

If not modders, definitely assholes with those matching PJ's and all wearing a mask. Would be "Dicks of the Year" if they were in an armored Kuruma with an obnoxiously loud horn and keeping it held down. Thanks for dropping their names but sadly that's frowned upon on the forum (still, I'm keeping those names in mind, although I'm X1). Best thing to do in these cases is go in passive mode, seems it's the only thing keeping the game from throwing too many sh*t tactics our way...unless people somehow found how to make you glitch out of passive mode and lock it as such.

I'd stop playing and throw my Xbox in the shower if that happened.

The most ironic thing about modding and people who cheat is that; to actually enjoy it, you need an audience (players to grief)

 

and at the horrendous rate this game is being devoured by cheaters, they wont have any players left to grief but eachother.

 

They're killing the game and they don't even know it, until its too late and the game becomes a deserted wasteland across all platforms.

 

( a good analogy for this is: Going to a party and eating all the cookies, you don't eat all of the cookies because you enjoy it, you eat all of the cookies to piss people off because you enjoy pissing people off, it makes people upset, and people don't like it but you keep doing it, the owner of the party happens to be your father so you cant be uninvited to that party, and soon enough the attendees will realize this and ultimately choose not to go.

 

 

There's literally something mentally wrong with people who mod/cheat/grief.

 

And I'm on PC, thankfully there was a ban wave this patch, but normally theres atleast 1 modder in every lobby.
